Manager, Account Executive

We are looking for a true industry professional —someone who understands Cold Chain, breathes Pharma, operates Sales with excellence, and drives our innovative cooling solutions both strategically and operationally across the European market. You identify new markets and customer segments, build relationships at decision-maker level, and guide customers from first contact through successful scaling. Participating in trade shows, conferences and industry events across Europe Full ownership of the sales cycle: Managing key accounts up to C-level Collaborating closely with QA, R&D, Marketing and Operations on project delivery Supporting validations, testing procedures and technical onboarding Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Pharma, Biotech, Temperature-Controlled Packaging or 3PL Proven sales track record Confident interacting with diverse cultures and buying behaviors Self-driven, remote-proven, highly organized Excellent English skills Additional EU languages (German, French, Spanish or Italian) are a strong plus Experience in Temperature Controlled Packaging CRM proficiency Help shape the future of Europe's cold chain. Work closely with our executive leadership, Product Development, R&D and Marketing.
